Exam Review!

Today, we will look at the exam review sheet. First, read the exam review and highlight the parts that you understand and annotate (leave a comment on your page) those areas. Share your annotations with the person next to you. If you have something  highlighted that your partner doesn’t, can you explain it to him or her? Do so.

Next, identify one part of the exam review sheet that you really don’t understand (Part A, B, C, or D) and jot it down on a sticky note with your name and place the sticky note on the appropriate section of the Smartboard. We will move into small groups to work on that part of the review.

We will discuss how to answer an open response. Try the following prompt:

What does reconciliation mean to you?

Now, open up the quizlet and practice the vocabulary!

With any remaining time, prepare for your exam or finish up your summative tasks.

Exam is Monday June 27th at 9 am!

Record this on a page/document. How will you reach this goal? Add to you document the steps you will take in today’s class. Keep in mind the course summative dates (sidebar).

At the end of class check in with your goal. How did you do? Did you stick to your plan? Did you meet your goal? Why/why not?

Learning goal:
I am learning to
apply my knowledge of the research process;
set goals and track my progress.

We will begin by looking at some housekeeping items:

Create a calendar of events for this month.
